Unexpected Encounters

During his residency at Soon Art Studio in Vienna, Luca Bornoffi will develop a new body of work as an evolving chapter of his ongoing series “Circles of Life”
Rather than arriving with a fixed concept, the project will emerge through direct experience — the atmosphere of the city, unexpected encounters, movement, conversations and emotional impressions collected throughout the residency. Through an intuitive process of layered colors, transparencies and recurring circular forms, each work becomes a visual trace of lived moments and human connections.
For Bornoffi, circles represent origins, coincidences and the imperfect rhythm of existence. In this new series, Vienna itself becomes part of the creative process, transforming experiences into color and color into emotional language.
